The IT project, scattered in one cockpit.
Tasks, milestones, reports, follow-ups, registers, capacity: everything a project manager usually keeps across six tools and their own head. The AI drafts, detects and proposes; you decide.
The problem
An IT project manager spends the week rebuilding the same picture: who is late, what was decided in the meeting, which follow-up is due, where the milestone stands. Ticketing tools see tasks; documents see decisions; nobody sees the project.
The cockpit
- Tasks and action queue
Overdue items, blockers, AI proposals to validate, in a single queue.
- Plan and milestones
Timeline, dependencies, what each milestone blocks; drift reported in project health.
- Meetings
Transcription, then extraction of decisions, actions and risks; every item keeps its source.
- Weekly reports
Drafted by the AI from the real state of the project, reviewed, corrected, accepted.
- Follow-ups
Due follow-ups detected, emails prepared, sent under your control, tracked by token.
- Registers and capacity
Risks, decisions, changes; team capacity against the load.
The AI, and its place
It drafts and detects; it does not decide. A report, a plan, a follow-up are proposals, labelled as such, accepted or rejected by the project manager.
It cites its sources. A decision extracted from a meeting points to the passage it rests on.
Your data stays with you. Self-hosted, HTTPS only, local database, strong authentication; the AI receives only what the task needs.
Roadmap
- Since June 2026: the foundation
Scoping, planning and steering delivered; reports, meetings, follow-ups, registers, capacity.
- Next: Claude through the API
Today generations run through Claude Code on the command line. The API brings structured outputs for reports and extractions, and tool calls into the project data.
- Then: several projects, several managers
Portfolio view, shared registers, a hosted version for teams that do not want to install.
- Further: connectors
Ticketing, calendar and messaging feed the cockpit with no re-entry.
Why this cockpit
ScopeGuild was born from a project manager who wrote the same report every Friday from the same six sources. The first tool that reads the whole project, writes the first draft and leaves the decision to a human is the one he wished he had.
