# ScopeGuild

> ScopeGuild is a self-hosted cockpit for IT project managers. One app holds tasks, milestones with dependencies, meetings, weekly status reports, follow-ups, registers (risks, decisions, changes) and team capacity. The AI drafts reports and plans, extracts decisions, actions and risks from meeting transcripts (each pointing to its source passage), and detects due follow-ups; three background agents (dormant risks, post-meeting extraction, follow-up detection) propose, and the project manager validates everything. Self-hosted, HTTPS only, local SQLite database, strong authentication; the model receives only what a task needs. Stack: TypeScript, Fastify, React; 1,500+ automated tests.

Next: moving the AI from the command line to the Claude API (structured outputs for reports and extractions, tool use into the project database, scheduled agents), then several projects and project managers, a hosted version, and connectors to ticketing, calendar and messaging.
